New Ways to Experience Lilli, launching March 6, 2026

The Bar at Lilli:

A walk-in experience featuring a limited selection of elevated light-bites drawn from the evening’s tasting menu and designed to pair seamlessly with curated wines and cocktails. Open Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Extended Residency:
Friday through Sunday, Lilli offers one seating per evening for its seven-course tasting menu. The residency serves as a preview of the concept ahead of its permanent home, while allowing the menu to remain fluid, seasonal, and responsive to sourcing.

February Service
Saturday & Sunday Evenings:
Bar opens at 6:30pm for pre-dinner cocktails. A perfect prelude to the night ahead. Seating at 7pm


Durango Social Club welcomes Chef Tyler Vorce for an ongoing residency featuring Lilli, a new concept rooted in French technique and an obsessive focus on sourcing the finest American ingredients. Lilli is a reflection of Chef Tyler’s philosophy to source exceptional ingredients and present them with clarity, restraint, and warmth.

    We’re unfortunately unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan menus.

Chef Tyler Vorce

Chef Tyler Vorce grew up in southern Maine, where the deep connection between food and place shaped his approach to cooking. His career began at fourteen and led him through kitchens in New York City and Napa Valley, including five years at The French Laundry, where he rose from commis to expediting sous chef.

With Lilli in Las Vegas, Tyler brings a cuisine defined by precision and simplicity - rooted in classical French technique, guided by Mediterranean influence, and grounded in the quality of American ingredients. Each dish reflects his belief of simple, honest food served with intention.
