The DSC Bar
Our bar is the constant in a room that is always changing. Cocktails are crafted by native Las Vegas mixologist Erik Batres, steady and thoughtful, and the wine list is curated by Renato Lebron, a longtime local expert who chooses bottles meant to be shared, never shown off. The bar menu is here every evening service, no matter the residency or pop up, something familiar to return to. You will also find special pours and pairings created just for the chefs in residence.
