Durango Social Club welcomes Chef Tyler Vorce for a holiday season residency featuring Lilli, a new concept rooted in French technique and Mediterranean rhythm. Lilli is a reflection of Chef Tyler’s philosophy to source exceptional ingredients and present them with clarity, restraint, and warmth.

One seating only, so the night moves at its own pace — unhurried and connected.

  • The 7 course menu experience lasts approximately two hours, allowing guests to enjoy each course at a relaxed and thoughtful pace.

  • As a pop-up, our ability to accommodate dietary restrictions is limited - we can offer no-gluten, no-dairy, or pescatarian alternatives.

    We’re unfortunately unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan menus.

Chef Tyler Vorce

Chef Tyler Vorce grew up in southern Maine, where the deep connection between food and place shaped his approach to cooking. His career began at fourteen and led him through kitchens in New York City and Napa Valley, including five years at The French Laundry, where he rose from commis to expediting sous chef.

With Lilli in Las Vegas, Tyler brings a cuisine defined by precision and simplicity - rooted in classical French technique, guided by Mediterranean influence, and grounded in the quality of American ingredients. Each dish reflects his belief of simple, honest food served with intention.
